British Telecom

BT, Talk talk, Carpone Warehouse, Orange, they are absolute rubbish yet we need them.

You wait a million years on the phone just to get through to an operator, then they tell you, it's the wrong department and transfer you, then you wait another hundred years and when get through again they don't even know how to check your queries.
I get so stressed everytime I called them that I resolute to condemn them.

Chris and I moved to our lovenest last Jul, the grieve I get from BT till now...

1. It takes ages to get through - believe me if you got through within 30 minutes you are lucky.
2. They charged you a ridiculous connection fee of £125
3. The bills come 6 months after you are connected, so you have a huge bill to pay when the bill finally arrives
4. You try to order another service for example BT Vision and they say you don't have a broadband account with them, even though you are using the broadband right now.
5. They overcharge you are and when you ask for credit they can't seem to understand you
6. Some of them have a very difficult to understand accent - it doesn't sound English!
7. When someone finally understand you and they put you on hold...
... then line got cut-off!!
For the amount of money they charged us, why are they so inefficient? surely as consumers we have the rights for a better service. What are our rights?

as if the curse of BT isn't enough, I was conned into joining talktalk, and here we go again :(
